Chakra Meditation Balancing & Healing Chakra

AURA

Aura’s are fields of bio-magnetic energy which surround everything; humans, trees, plants and animals. They can include one or many different colours. They change, to reflect our physical & mental states. Some radiate only inches from the body, whereas others radiate several feet. As I have always seen auric fields I am aware of a person’s mental, physical, spiritual and emotional health.  A huge help when I am treating clients for healing!!!

The aura is all that remains of our physical body from past lives. The aura holds vital information regarding our karmic history and issues which need to be resolved in this lifetime.  Soul to soul connections with friends and indeed soul mates are present here.  The soul must slow down its’ vibration in order to be present in the physical world.  The physical body is merely a denser form of light energy, vibrating at a reduced frequency.

Dis-ease occurs when there is imbalance in the auric field or the chakras.  If left uncorrected, physical illness will manifest.  Exercises in T’ai Chi, Qi Gong, and Yoga encourage us to breathe colour into the aura.  An auric sweep will clear any of the debris from our working environment or the tension/pollution from daily activities. Meditations too are fantastic to bring in pure energy and clear our personal space.

How do you feel in a hospital environment? I often feel drained and exhausted.  The energy there is full of people’s worries and illnesses.  By simply breathing in a bright colour(s) or imagining that we are surrounded by a rainbow then we are providing much needed revitalising energies to the aura.

COLOURS OF THE AURA;

YELLOW – wisdom & intelligence, intuitiveness, honesty, integrity, open-mindedness, excellent communication skills, warmth of personality, someone who is peaceful and conscientious. Usually these people have very old souls too. They may be very spiritual and deep-thinking, besides having a questioning mind.  They are balanced and are very aware of the values of friendships. Mother earth is most important to them too.  They may work outdoors or just love to walk, hike, etc.

WHITE – all encompassing, purity of thought. Usually enlightened beings, they possess all of the above qualities though on a higher level.  Although rare, think of someone who carries the weight of the world on their shoulders-they usually have a

GREY auric field, then think of someone who brings with them a great light, giving a “feel good factor” to those around them.  By simply being in their presence your worries are alleviated.  They will never force their opinions on you but will encourage you to seek your own truth…find your own identity by encouraging you to question who you are, what you want from your life and make your own decisions on how to achieve. These people have learnt that to achieve such a beautiful serenity they have accepted who they are-the good, bad and indifferent. They carry no malice, no hatred, and jealousy, ill-feeling to anyone.  Their contentment is a shining example to us all!!!

BLUE – different shades depict various attributes; but a sky or pale blue shows very strong family orientated background. Often these people are intectuals, quite spiritual and conscientious…however, they may be very attached to their physical possessions and feel the material world is the only world worth their time & effort. Not necessarility closed-minded, though not particularly open-minded enough. They may become quite aggressive rather than assertive when provoked and have a tendancy to want to be right far too often! They are very aware of their own space without really valuing feelings of others and how their actions impact others. They may even fear wisdom and peacefulness, feeling they may be regarded as pacificists, fearing their vulnerabilities; rather than acknowledging them and therefore enhancing their wholeness.

RED – fire energy, usually representing someone who is materialistic, angry, jealous and resentful. We all need fire energy from time to time – maybe to get through an examination/job interview etc.  However, predominant red signifies aggresion rather than assertion, someone who jumps to conclusions before they have heard from the other party. They are often self-centred and quite closed-minded too. Often their energies are unbalanced-as is their life-style-pp & down like a yo-yo, unpredictable behavioural patterns and unreasonability when decision making.  They are frequently over-critical of themselves and others, setting goals too high, and then becoming very depressed at their non-achievements!

the pattern changes only perhaps following a serious crisis or illness, where the energies are slowed right down, the conscious mind is overcome by the spirit and the whole being then becomes balanced and calmer.  I must admit, being around someone who is angry or fiery makes me very tired.  Being aware of energies and having the ability to see auras I often protect my aura using a white coating or ask Archangel Michael to assist…quick!!!

ORANGE – Ambition, intellect and enthusiasm, someone who is likely to eventually follow their soul and find their truth. They are often intelligent and quite open-minded, dedicated and friendly.  They often like to be around other people and may be “social-animals”. There moods are balanced rather than unbalanced though they may become depressed for no apparent reason on occasions.  Usually found in teenage years or early twenties when people are gathering emotional maturity. Orange is often associated with other colours…almost an in-between stage.

VIOLET – spirituality, usually seen on evelved beings and healers too. People displaying this colour are becoming enlightened and have a lovely peacefulness around them.  They are usually quite intuitive too.

CHAKRA

is a Sanskrit word meaning spinning wheel.  Thus, the chakras are spinning wheels of energy, essential to our well being. They spin at different speeds.  As Mother Earths energy is at 7.56Hz per second, so the base chakra linking us with Mother Earth radiates at the same vibration: 7.56 – 7,500Hz per second. Thus enabling our physical bodies to link – eg. Glands, organs, skin, etc to the external energies. This allows us to receive energy from Mother Earth & the Universe to maintain health and well-being. Different emotions are stored in our organs – i.e. anger is stored in the liver; so any long-term imbalance will prevent the liver functioning at its’ optimum. A detailed list of the chakras follows “Colours of the aura”

These are the energy centres of the body. There are seven major chakras and their purpose is to absorb, change and then distribute energy around the physical body. Each chakra vibrates at a different rate, from the first chakra which vibrates at the slowest rate – to the seventh, which vibrates the fastest. They are all linked, thus, if one is out of balance, it will soon begin to affect energy transfer thro’ the physical body.  Over a prolonged period of time, this may result in M.E., a weakened immune system, a constant feeling of tiredness and that “everything is a struggle”…to name but few.  They are easily corrected,  though I personally think that imagining we are breathing in a rainbow – or surrounding ourselves in a rainbow are the most effective methods of redressing the balance and strengthening the chakras. Therefore energising our whole system, on all levels.

1st Chakra: Speed 7.56Hz – 7,500 Hz – Location base of spine – colour red – Spine, kidneys & urinary tract. Your body’s life-force energy is here and shows your connection to Mother Earth. If this chakra is out of balance, you may be affected by severe lower back pain-sciatica, for example.  You may crave certain red foods, & drinks – beetroot, Vimto, strawberries, etc. as your body tries to redress the balance.

Second Chakra: speed 7,500 – 12,000Hz – Below navel – Colour Orange – Sexual energy & creativity.

Often when we experience problems with our sexuality we may experience “women’s” problems or impotence, low libido for example. If we are trying to suppress our creativity the whole area may ache.  These are only a few examples.  Foods we may crave will include oranges, mangos, peaches, etc.

3rd Chakra: speed 12,000 – 40,000Hz – Solar plexus – Yellow – Emotions, liver, gall bladder, spleen, pancreas, stomach & intestines.  Links Earth energies with Universal energies. Outside influences/links with lower & higher chakras. This is where we store our physical strength and will power. Someone who reads tarot cards will use the solar plexus to “tap” into the other person.  In using this method the reader can become very tired. Very quickly.  As it is our personal “Powerhouse” we are often drawn to use these stores when someone is in need of energy. It is extremely dangerous and this is one reason why so many carers/ nurses, etc suffer from exhaustion and/or may experience a nervous breakdown.  Please note, that as a healer I use Universal energy, thus I do not tire – I am especially alert and watch the students should they begin to use their own energies whilst healing.

4th Chakra: – Heart: Speed 25,000 – 40,000 Hz – Green – Heart, blood, circulation and how we express love and affection, tactile, etc. & relationships. Endocrine & immune system, thymus gland.

NOTE: some people have developed enough compassion and unconditional love that they have, or are now developing, the second heart centre which is coloured PINK.

5th Chakra: – Throat & Ears/Hearing – Speed: 40,000 – 50,000Hz – Blue – Communication, self-expression, judgement, lungs and breathe, vocal chords.  It is interesting to note here that we have two ears for listening and one mouth for talking for a reason!!!  Very often an imbalance; vertigo, is showing us that we need to look at balance in our everyday lives. Is it all work and no play???  I have also noticed frequently that clients who constantly hold there tongue and never speak their truth often suffer tonsilitus, ear infections, etc.  If in doubt about how to brooch a difficult person/situation, then ask the Universe for assistance. How often do you cough when discussing someone who annoys/upsets you?  It is interesting in an office setting when the person who is a pain in the neck to everyone is referred to-the person relaying a story will cough or grunt through the conversation.

Foods to help balance this chakra include blueberries, blackberries, etc

6th Chakra: – Third Eye (middle of forehead) – Speed: 60,000 – 75,000 – Indigo – Intuition & psychic abilities, access to our Higher Selves and Higher Energies.

Many people never manage to fully utilise the full range of their chakras.  This is because they may be very earthy and closed to their emotions, therefore unable to hold enough energy to maintain or even “open” their higher chakras.

7th Chakra: – Crown (above the head) – Violet – Spirituality.

There are 12 Chakras, 7 of the physical body and another 5 above, this allow ascension to the higher dimensional planes as we evolve beyond the 3rd dimension.

Much of the above information was taken from “The Fools First Steps” by Chris Thomas. Very interesting reading!!!

HOW TO BALANCE YOUR CHAKRAS

Learning to balance your chakras is an important tool for your well being. There are several methods by which to achieve chakra balancing. Some use specially trained energy professionals, some make use of special charms or crystals, while many methods of chakra balancing can be attained with a simple form of meditation and the power of positive affirmations.

Find Out If Your Chakras Need Balancing:

Our chakras vibrate and rotate all the time with the physical life energy that’s within us all. When chakras are out of balance they become blocked, and this can create chaos in our lives. This imbalance may create sickness, low self-esteem, obesity and low immune system response causing illness. It is possible to check your chakras using a pendulum or simply feeling the energy with your hands. If these methods produce no results, you might locate an energy worker who has the ability to teach you how to intuit which of your chakras need balancing.

Chakra Balance With Meditation:

A chakra balancing meditation is not difficult and can be done, anywhere, anytime by reciting simple affirming statements. To accomplish this, you might study a little to what area of the body each chakra affects. Recite positive statements while visualizing the associated chakra color, or holding the associated chakra gemstone.

How To Balance Your Chakras With Aromatherapy:

Using aromatherapy can be quite beneficial in chakra balancing. The use of some types of essential oils that correspond with each of the chakras will enhance the strength of your entire body and spiritual mind. Ways to include aromatherapy include using diffusers, mists, massage therapy, baths, soaps, fragrances or candles.

How to Balance Chakras With Color:

Each of our chakras has an associated color and color therapy is helpful in using the colors of the rainbow to assist each chakra to come into balance. Using gemstones while performing chakra balancing meditation, visualizing corresponding colors, or even implementing Feng Shui into your home can help keep the chakras balanced.

Reiki For Chakra Balancing:

A Reiki practitioner is trained to use ancient Reiki symbols and the Universal Life Force energy to channel healing energy to unbalanced portions of our bodies and auras. Reiki is a great way to reach chakra balancing since it promotes the opening of all our energy channels to bring healing to the body, mind and spirit. A Reiki practitioner can incorporate other therapies including aromatherapy, crystals, meditation, or Bach Flower remedies to assist the energy flow. You can also learn how to perform Reiki on yourself, without the use of a trained practitioner.

How To Balance Chakras With Visual Images:

Once you are familiar with chakra placement, function and associated color, you can perform visualizations for chakra balancing. Begin with the first, or root chakra, and visualize an object of the associated color. If your chakra is wide open, it may need to be closed. See a flower of the appropriate color slowing folding closed. Closed chakras may need to be coaxed open. You can also balance your chakras by visualizing the associated color spinning at the site of the chakra itself. Whatever method makes the most sense to you will be the most beneficial for chakra balancing.

Most meditational techniques require visualisation and using your imagination. It’s through creative imagination and the use of symbolism that the link is made to the spirit world. The first stage is to get your self grounded, working with sensitive energies can have an effect of drawing our attention away from our day-to-day lives and it’s important for all psychics ( learners and advanced ) to keep themselves grounded or connected with the earth. You can do this by visualising beams of energy coming from your feet and base of the spine, imagine these beams of energy passing deep into the earth. Next, imagine drawing green earth energy back up until it fills your body. In a similar way, imagine a beam of white light coming from high above you. As it reaches the top of your head, let it pass through into your body, filling it, until you become a radiant being of light. If you’re familiar with chakras . Imagine the base chakra as a red flower with its petals slowly opening. Move up to the second or sacral chakra which is coloured orange and do the same. Then up to the third and so on until you reach the crown chakra (violet).

HOW TO SEE AURA

Now do you want to see the Aura? If yes take this exercise:

1. Situate the person in front of a very softly illuminated PLAIN WHITE background. A color background will change Aura colors, so you need additional knowledge about combining colors. Some combinations of background and Aura colors may cause misinterpretation problems.

2. Choose ONE SPOT to look at. The middle of the forehead is VERY GOOD. This is a location of so called Brow Chakra or the Third Eye.

3. Look at this spot for 30 to 60 seconds or longer.

4. Resist temptation to look around. You should see that the background nearby the person is brighter and has a DIFFERENT color than the background further away. This is your own perception of the Aura. The longer you concentrate, the better you will see it. Remember, concentration on one spot increases your sensitivity by accumulating the effect of the Aura vibration reaching your eyes.

How to see your own Aura:

Stand about 1.5 m in front of a good size mirror. In the beginning it is best if the background behind you is plain white and there are no shadows. Illumination should be VERY soft and uniform not bright. Follow instructions above for seeing Auras.

PRACTICE for at least 10-15 minutes each day to increase your sensitivity and develop Auric sight. Remember that practice is required to develop Auric sight.

PS: Aura is very sensitive. That’s why sometimes it gets captured on normal cameras too.
